Welcome. This is the AV complaint reception center, commonly known as the "pink window". At this counter, we use the counter staff's body to ask about the points of dissatisfaction that we felt when watching AV. We aim to collect all requests from our customers without missing any detail, use them for future productions, and improve our AV productions.
